ARROWS VS SWALLOWS AWAY IN NEDBANK CUP 30.03.2010
The Nedbank Cup competition is a knockout tournament, which starts on the 14th of April, it carries a 'David versus Goliath' theme. The competition comprises of 32 teams, 16 teams from the PSL, 8 teams from the National First Division as well as 8 teams from the SAFA league.

All teams competing for the Prize money of R6 million, the winner also qualifies for the CAF Confederation Cup.
The draw took place last night,Head Coach Manqoba Mngqithi was there for the draw. Golden Arrows have been drawn to play Last years champions Moroka Swallows, the match will be played away, Venue and Time still to be confirmed.

This is what Manqoba Mngqithi had to say about the draw "I BELIEVE IT IS A TOUGH DRAW, BUT I THINK IT IS THE PRESSURE WE NEED TO GO ALL THE WAY"

The last-32 phase is scheduled for April 14, 16, 17 and 18. The last-16 stage is scheduled for April 24, 25 and 30, as well as May 1 and 2.

The last-eight will take place on May 5 and 12. The semifinals are then set for May 15 and 16, with the final taking place on May 22. This will be the last match of the 2009/2010 season.
