GOLDEN ARROWS RESERVE TEAM TAKE OUT FC MASTERS IN THE NEDBANK CUP 01.10.2011 Yesterday we saw the Lamontville Golden Arrows reserve team play a game against FC Masters in the Nedbank Cup. FC Masters have been formidable opponents in the past, with Golden Arrows losing 4-2 to them in an earlier League game.
This set the scene for the match to be played and the tension before the match was definitely very thick in the air!
The reserve team played a magnificent game, ending in a 3-2 win over FC Masters and consequently knocking them out of the cup, meaning that Arrows qualify to go through to the next round.
