Golden Arrows and Polokwane City have played to a draw in this mornings Multichoice Diski Challenge game at King Zwelithini Stadium.

It was not an easy game for either side. The first half was an equal battle with Arrows opening the score off a corner which Sibiya took from the left hand side. The lead was short lived though, when Polokwane City responded 5 minutes later and scored the equaliser for their team. The rest of the half was a battle from both sides. Trying to retain posession and create opportunities, but neither could manage to capitalise on their posession.

The second half was dominated by us, but again we could just not find the back of the net. The players were creating opportunities, with Sibiya, S.Dube, Magubane and Sibeko working from every angle of the park to try and score again. Sibiya had a great chance when he had beaten the keeper and the defender beaten, he took his shot but somehow Polokwane City managed to get back and clear it off the goal line.
